Interested in a new way of teaching economics? In getting to know professors and students who share a critical mindset on economics?
There are multiple ways to participate and engage with our community, be it at the local or national level. Many students are already involved in the network in most Swiss universities. We are also open to welcome new local groups or for you to participate in national projects.
We’ll be very happy to meet you or provide more information. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us!
Join a local group
You like discussing economics over a beer with some friends? You are interested in organising events and conferences? You like sharing your thoughts on the latest econ book you have read with other open-minded people? You would like your university to offer more pluralism in their economics courses?
Then don’t wait any longer: join the local Rethinking Economics group of your university 🙂
You can either contact the local group directly using their contact information on their page (see RE groups) or contact us (the national coordination) via the contact form of this website.
There is no active group in your university? Don’t hesitate to signal your interest using the contact form.
If you are from the university of Genève, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Luzern, St-Gallen or Basel, we might have some people motivated to start something with you!
Otherwise, you will find a local group in your university and more information is on the page RE Groups.
Join the national team
We are currently three people at the national level: two national coordinator and one project manager. If you are interested in collaborating with us or start a project at the national, don’t hesitate to reach out via the contact form. We look forward to meeting you!
